“Do I have to give up my coffee to do a juice cleanse?”

 

Yes please. Caffeine is a stimulant to the central nervous system and accelerates some of the organs to function under more stress. Also regular consumption causes some degree of dependence. Without caffeine, blood vessels in the brain can dilate causing headaches. Performing a juice cleanse may help you to ease off your coffee dependence a bit. You may even find yourself actually feeling better without caffeine after a few days and require less.

 

“Should I change my diet after the juice cleanse?”

 

Post-cleanse eating is all about slowly progressing from easily digestible hydrating foods to a normal, and hopefully more healthy diet. Most people find that they crave more fresh unprocessed foods and less of the rich and fatty foods that they may have been consuming. 

Our juice cleanses have been carefully designed to give you all of the nutrients and calories your body requires during the cleanse. We offer 3 different levels of cleanses depending on your particular need or liking. We suggest you follow the method below but feel free to drink your juice cleanse, as you would like thought out the day.

• Wake up: 16 oz. of hot lemon water

• Pre workout: Starter drink

• Breakfast: Your choice of juice 

• Mid-morning: 16 oz. Of coconut water, (If you do not have coconut water or prefer make another hot drink adding some ginger)

• Lunch: Your choice of juice 

• Afternoon snack: Your choice of juice 

• Dinner: Your choice of juice 

• Desert: Nut milk

• Bedtime: Drink herbal tea (any kind)

• All day: WATER, WATER, WATER!!
